This card I made at my Bliss Roadies Group meeting earlier this month. Rose designed 3 cards for us to make. The first one she showed us how to distress the background by spritzing the paper and crumpling up the paper. Then you take the ink pad straight to paper and it highlights the creases. We used
Enjoy the Journey,
Greet and Shout,
Flower Party and
Fabric Print stamps.
The next card was a fun card with the
Artful Owl,
Haunted Screams,
Chevron Trail and
Newsprint background stamps. Fun accents with the tags, corners and the circle like a moon in the background.
The final card we made was using the
script background and
summer garden. I liked placing the bees all around the card. It gives a true feeling of the flowers when they are in full bloom. We added a hexagon die cut to make the flower pop.
I always have fun at these meetings because we share ideas and you always come home ready to create lots of new cards.
