July Distress Inks class

Today I want to share with you the cards we will be making July 14, 2015 at This n That scrapbooking in Chino Hills.  We are going to learn how to make a great colorful background with our distress stains.  We will make 2 full sheets of the multicolored background and then cut it up to make 2 cards out of each sheet.  This will leave you with leftovers to make more cards at home.

As you can see the first 2 are made with a background we made using a striped pattern. These background pages are great for quick cards and can be easily finished off with some stamps, dies or ribbon.

As you can see from the last 2 cards I made a multicolored background by randomly adding color all over.  It's so much fun to work with the stains on watercolor paper.  I just love how they blend together and make such a beautiful watercolored background.
