Today I wanted to share a couple of cards we did in my last color pencil class. We worked on fur for our fun Llamma to color. The first one we did in greys and only used 3 colors.
It was so fun to color and then add his scarf and beenie. He’s all ready for winter.
The second card we did in browns. For this one we used about 5 various shades to get lots of texture and highlights on his fur. We also made him a hipster with the cute hat.
We had fun in class working on flicking our colors to get the fur texture. Slowly building up our layers of colors and watching it come together as you go.
